I would like to make a few comments on the Bambino Diaper and your customer service. The Bambino Diaper is hands down, THE best adult diaper I've ever used! They can stand up to multiple wettings and never fall apart. When I'm wearing a Bambino, I have COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in the diaper! Even if I know that I'm going to have a complete and very full wetting, I know that the Bambino will not leak on me. Not only do I NOT have to worry about it, I don't even have to think about it! I've used other specialized AB diapers that can't even compare and in fact one (that begins with AB) doesn't do any better of a job at leaks than Depends does, which will leak almost immediately. Bambino's give me complete confidence.

Also, your customer service is excellent! When I place an order before 2:00pm Pacific, I get e-mails immediately on the status of my order including not having to wait for the tracking number. I know this is standard practice with a most online businesses, but some are not as quick at it and Bambino excels at it. Communication which will make or break a business. Keep up the good work and look forward to my next order being a case! FYI - I've spread the Bambino name as much as I can and of course you are well known in the AB circle.

Dear Bambino Diapers and Bottom Half Group,
Today, Wednesday, I received my very first order of Bambino Diapers and must tell you how overly pleased I am with them! I am a 44 year old man and I've worn diapers most of my life. Over the last 15-20 years I've seen significant and disturbing changes in adult diapers. Granted some of the changes have indeed been improvements such as with tape tabs or the longevity of a disposable diaper. My first disposable diapers, Curity Junior Size, from the 1970s' were very thick and very absorbent but the lining fell apart after 2-3 hours of use. Most of the early disposable diapers had only two tape tabs, one on each side and no leg gathers. So yes, there have been welcome improvements. Somewhere along the way manufacturers got the idea that less was better and ultra thin was best because they were discreet. Clearly, these are people who don’t wear the products they design. If they had to wear diapers themselves they'd know a little extra padding or bulge under your pants is a whole lot more discreet than wet spots from a leaking diaper! This brings me back to your Bambino Diapers. Wow! They are so wonderfully thick, comfortable and absorbent! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I figure I might even save money by purchasing your product. Instead of wearing two or three ultra thin diapers for the added absorbency I can now wear one Bambino Diaper. How cool is that? Lastly, thanks for just calling them diapers. People and their hang ups. I much prefer saying I wear diapers than to say I wear protective undergarments, incontinence pads or adult briefs.

I've been waiting for a diaper like this ever since I was a baby! Very cute in looks. Very comfortable to wear. And holds a lot :)
Only thing missing is the smell of the old 70's and 80's Pampers! But I can live with that.

The Bambino Diaper is tops in the market, bar none.
Like most AB's, I don't know the answer to why I like to be an AB so much, but I feel it's a special side of me and with all of the adult products out there that are patterened after baby items, they make me bring back a time of security and comfort.
I feel so blessed to live in an age where such things are possible and especially because of people like you!
