Q: Where can I learn more about the Bambino Diaper and your other ABDL products?
A: Our About page has great detail on our ABDL products, including both our Classico and Bianco Diapers, as well as up coming products.

Q: Besides the Bambino Diaper what other AB/DL products do you offer?
A: We will be announcing more products very soon, but to tell us which products you're interested in, please visit our contact page to let us know what you'd like to see.

Q: Do you offer any small sized products?
A: Yes, we do! Our Small Bambinos are perfect for you smaller babies! They fit hip/waist sizes 22-34 inches. Each case of Small Bambinos comes with 8 bags of 8 Bambinos each - that's 64 total diapers! Try our smalls and see how they beat the competition hands down for absorbency and playfulness!

Q: What methods of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and the Discover card.

PayPal: We gladly accept PayPal payments. To pay by PayPal you must have a PayPal account.

Money Orders: Yes, however your order will not ship until the money order is received.

Q: How do I order online?
A: You can place a secure order from our online store. Once there, you can set up an account via our secure interface and place an order for any of our products.

Q: How do I know that your online shop is secure?
A: Your security is very important to us, and we handle all data as securely as we can. For all orders taken via our Website, we ask for credit cards information using a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection – the highest standard for the web. We constantly use third party services to verify our e-commerce security. We utilize PayPal for processing our financial data, and our website is secured by GEOTRUST – both very trusted names in e-commerce.
You can ensure that you’re shopping securely by checking to see the HTTPS in the address bar of our shopping cart pages. If you don’t see the HTTPS in the address bar, don’t enter any personal information.

Q: If I don’t want to order over the internet, can I still place an order?
A: Yes, you can. Please sign up for an account with our online store and then choose “Mail Order” when going through the checkout process. You will then be directed to print out an online invoice and mail it to us with a money order for the total order amount. Q: Do you ever run out of inventory?
A: We keep our warehouse well stocked with inventory. There have been rare occasions when we have had inventory on backorder; we make every effort to clear your backorder as soon a possible.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We process orders as soon as we receive them during normal business hours Monday-Friday. If your order arrives before 2:00 pm pacific time, we’ll ship the order the same day. All case and bag orders are currently being shipped UPS ground, see our Shipping page for more details and faster shipping options.

Q: What will show on my bill?
A: "TBHG LLC" will show on your credit card bill.
