This means new production of medium size Teddy will incorporate the original style tapes, but because of the change from the stretch tapes to our original taping system, lead time for the arrival of new product in size medium will increase to about 60 days. However, size large with original taping system and now with increased absorbency is currently in stock and available.

So, thanks for your feedback on the new Teddy. Although with the amount of customer emails we receive on a daily basis, we can’t reply to everyone in detail, we appreciate knowing about product and service issues that can help us provide a positive customer experience. 1.      We are now using a new higher capacity SAP (super Absorbent Polymer).

2.      This new Super Polymer now allows us to reduce our length without sacrificing total absorbency while increasing dryness.

This new length has allowed us to greatly increase the strength of our end seal to give an even better end seal performance (Harder to burst the pad from over filling).

The new length of our Quadro will now be 6×18 instead of the older version of 6×20. The product width will remain at 6 inches. Many of our customers thought that our first Quadro was a little too long and felt a little shorter pad would be more comfortable. By using our new Super SAP, we are now able to do both, a little shorter and higher capacity per square centimeter as well as producing a dryer feeling pad. This new construction is currently available on all our new Quadro pads. There has been no change to our Duo Pads.

Also, please realize the tapes are not meant to be a “size extender”. Because the new Teddy product won’t be available in size large until late August, it’s possible that some enthusiastic size large users have ordered in size medium just to try them out. Of course, we’re happy to accept orders for size medium, but we want you to be satisfied with the product, so please keep the size issue in mind. The loose bags you are finding are caused by the factories failure to adjust the new automated bagging correctly. Also the new machine created too much suction on the core causing the core to be more compressed than our original specifications and the compression roller was also not adjusted which has caused the thinner feeling core that some have experienced.
