SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

WE OFFER FREE DISCREET SHIPPING VIA UPS GROUND THROUGHOUT THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

 

General Information

Most orders ship the same day for in stock items if your order is received by 2:00 pm pacific time, Monday thru Friday. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If an order is canceled, processed through our shopping cart, and has not been shipped, there will be a $5 administrative fee to process the cancellation and refund your money.

PLEASE NOTE: Upgrading to Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select does not change how long it takes for an order to ship from our facilities. It represents only the business days travel time required for delivery after leaving our warehouse. Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select transit times include only business days; transit time and delivery dates do not count or include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of the actual shipment from our shopping cart, in addition you can expect an e-mail directly from UPS with their shipment confirmation and you’re tracking number. You can receive an estimated ground time in transit and shipping schedules by visiting UPS at U.S.Ground Maps. Please note that UPS posts transit time in “business days” which exclude weekends and holidays. The shipment time is from when UPS or USPS picks up your package from our warehouse, not when you receive a “shipped” notice from our shopping cart earlier in the day.

Samples are shipped via the United States Postal Service who does not provide tracking numbers.

The determination of the shipping method is at the sole discretion of TBHG,LLC.

If an order is placed within California, an 8.5% sales tax will be added to the order at checkout.

If you request that we do not require a signature on any order, you hereby accept full responsibility for the delivery of your package. No claims or losses may be applied if you specifically request that we waive a signature requirement and your package is lost or stolen.

Should UPS have to re-route a carton due to incorrectly supplied delivery information, a flat fee of $11.00 will be incurred and charged to you. Please be accurate with your billing and or shipping address to avoid these unnecessary fees. PLEASE add company names, suite numbers, and apartment numbers and so on, where applicable. UPS charges us for each failed attempt at delivering your order, so please work with us to ensure you receive your package quickly and conveniently.

Alaska and Hawaii

We are able to arrange direct shipments for cases and bags only via UPS and USPS Parcel Post, however at an increased shipping cost; we do not offer shipping of samples. We will contact you after your order has been placed through our shopping cart to inform you of the increased shipping charges that will be billed to you via an e-mailed PayPal invoice. Generally speaking, these increased shipping charges can run from $20-40 extra per case or bag.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping, Next Day Air, 2-Day and 3-Day Select shipping options are available through UPS or USPS. During your check out process simply select the expedited option you would like and the system will automatically calculate the increased cost. Remember we offer Free Shipping via UPS ground. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a substantial increase in cost associated with expedited shipping. Time in transit for most Ground and Priority Mail packages is 3-7 business days. However, UPS Ground and Priority Mail are not guaranteed “on-time” services. 2Nd Day Air and 3 Day Select offered by UPS are guaranteed services and are expected to arrive on the 2nd business day or the 3rd business days respectively, once the order has been shipped. If the package arrives later than the specified date provided to you by UPS, you may contact UPS at 1-800-Pick-UPS (742-5877) for domestic services and 1-800-782-7292 for International Service. TBHG is not liable for delays in delivery or package arrival. Once a package leaves our warehouse facility it is the responsibility of the “customer” to be in contact with UPS or USPS or any other carrier to inquire as to the estimated delivery date and time of your order

Discreet Shipping

We strive that your entire order is shipped discreetly in unmarked boxes for our bags and cases to plain white envelopes for our samples. There are NO identifiable marking on the outside of our packages, and the return address on the box merely states:

“TBHG, LLC” and our postal mailing address and the item number of the product purchased. Your privacy is always 100% important to us.

Incorrect and Incomplete Delivery Information

If you provide us with an address that is incorrect or incomplete and the carrier returns the package to us, we can re-ship the package to a customer-supplied CORRECTED address with re-ship charges applied, or we can refund your purchase price less a 25% re-stocking fee. An additional fee may also be incurred for the returned package. That fee, applied by UPS, will be billed to you or can be taken from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Should an order be lost or damaged in shipping, we will open a claim with the shipper, upon your request. We will replace or issue credit for the lost of damaged order once the claim has been settled. Our liability in cases of a lost or damaged package is limited only and solely to the amount of the claim paid and settled by the carrier.

Delivery Refusal

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than a carrier’s loss or damage due to the address you “the customer” provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible and hereby agree to pay for the order in full, waiving any and all rights or charge

We can ship to P.O. Boxes

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Therefore, any shipment must be sent through the US Postal Service. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping cost for USPS Express and Priority mail; simply select that shipping option at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Upon receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size and style is what you ordered. If Bambino has made an error, we will correct our error as quickly and efficiently as possible at no additional charge to you.

Please make note of these simple guidelines

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • For health and sanitary safety, no open packages may be returned.
  • The “customer” will be responsible for the shipping back to our warehouse.
  • Your refund will be processed after the cost of shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee have been deducted.
  • Your exchange will be processed after we receive the original order in our warehouse and depending on the reason for the exchange a re-stocking fee of 10% could be applied.

You must contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA) that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have an RA numbers listed on the box. If a damaged and/or defective product is returned without a return authorization code (RA), the customer will not be eligible to receive a replacement or refund.

Website Errors

The Bottom Half Group makes every effort to ensure the information we provide to our customers on our website is as accurate and complete as possible. However, there may be some instances when information about our products as described on our website may be different than the products received from our manufacture. The Bottom Half Group, LLC reserves the right to correct or update the content of our website at anytime without notice.

The Bottom Half Group, LLC also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing errors or inaccuracies. If an order is canceled after your payment has been processed The Bottom Half Group,LLC will issue a full refund.
