This website, bambinodiapers.com, is operated by TBH Co., LLC, doing business as Bambino Diapers ("Bambino Diapers," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this website or buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at support@bambinodiapers.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colors and prints may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration. All products are sold for personal use.

5. Prices and errors
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may refuse or cancel any order placed for that product. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with each offer, including expiry dates and limits per customer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied to past orders and have no cash value. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time.

8. Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only. Shipping times, rates and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

9. Returns and refunds
Our products are hygiene products, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives defective, please follow the steps in our Shipping & Returns Policy and we will make it right.

10. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your stored payment method for each delivery. You can skip, change or cancel at any time before your next charge, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

11. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may result in cancellation of your account and any active subscriptions.

12. Reviews and communications
If you submit reviews, comments or other content to us, you give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. You agree that your content will not be unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights, and we may remove any content at our discretion.
