Q: Where can I learn more about the Bambino diapers and your other ABDL products you sell?
A: All of our product pages provide detailed information on that specific product. For product announcements, sales, contests, etc., please subscribe to our newsletter for the latest exciting updates!
Q: Besides the Bambino diapers, what other AB/DL products do you offer?
A: Along with our diapers, we carry onesies, socks, the Velvet Dreams blankie, plush keychains, cleansing wipes and disposable changing pads. We're always adding more, so let us know what you'd like to see!

Q: What methods of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and the Discover card.
PayPal: We gladly accept PayPal payments. To pay by PayPal you must have a PayPal account.
We do not accept checks, money orders or cash.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

Q: How do I order online?
A: You can place a secure order from our online store. Once there, you can set up an account via our secure interface and place an order for any of our products.
Q: How do I know that your online shop is secure?
A: Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and protected with SSL encryption, so your card details are never shared with us or stored on our site. Look for the padlock and https:// in your browser's address bar.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Thursday, or any time Friday through Sunday, ship on Monday. We do not ship on major US holidays; orders placed on or just before a holiday ship the next business day. During high-volume sales, please allow an extra business day. Orders go out via UPS, FedEx or USPS, and transit usually takes 3–7 business days. See our Shipping page for more information. Contact us if you have any questions!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Through September 30, 2026, standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more; smaller orders are charged by weight at checkout. Starting October 1, 2026, standard shipping is free on every order that includes a case, and orders of bags and sample packs only ship for a flat $9.95. Case orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship for a flat $99. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
